probably the best way would be to get permission to do it ourselves, they would all for it as long as it doesn't cost them anything and they still have full access to their gear. unfortunately its a huge area, would cost a small fortune to landscape all of that.
ReplyDeleteNV Energy has outright said that they will not allow anything to be planted there. They said they need room for their trucks to drive. I'm going to try talking to their p.r. department and see if that goes anywhere.
